Web Design For Todays Auto Guide Charlotte
Another fun project performed for some very good friends of mine. These guys produce an auto buying guide publication that is showcased in hundreds of area grocery stores pharmacies and areas of high traffic count. They publish around 80 pages every two weeks that contain vehicle inventory from the Charlotte areas finest auto dealers.
Can you imagine the volume of images that they have to process to put an average of 20 cars per page with details x 80 pages every two weeks! These guys work.. If you are wanting to list your vehicle for sale or are a dealer wanting to advertise, these guys are your solution.
Todays Auto Guide’s website was designed using a Joomla! content management system and various other Joomla! components and plug-ins. Today’s Auto Guide utilizes a business index component as well as custom forms to allow consumers to list their vehicle for sale, and pay through the website using Paypal for the transaction.

CroftgateUSA.com is a full-blown e-commerce driven website built on the Joomla! platform showcasing a waterless car wash system across the globe. CroftgateUSA’s products range from a waterless car wash and wax known as Aquanil-X, to an EPA Design For The Environment approved product called Multi-Clean.
Multi-Clean is a waterless car care product that can basically clean anything from carpet to stubborn exterior stains while maintaining an environmentally friendly make up. Another high performance, Eco-responsible car care product produced by CroftgateUSA is their Quick-N-Slick which is a complete revolutionary waxing system. Below are screen captures of the website designed for The Premier Magazine. Most of my work with this website was on the back-end gears of this site. I designed a production flow system that transitioned the text and images necessary for the graphic design of all adds submitted to Premier Graphics Services, LLC the parent company of The Premier Magazine. This system allowed publishers in markets up and down the Eastern seaboard to seamlessly flow text and images through our network of artist while recording every element of the process in the database running behind the website. Many talented, and some not so talented developers were involved in the implementation of my ad manager software and I had the pleasure of learning from both the good and the bad. The system was a custom built ad management tool designed using the PHP programming language.
